The Starkey Ranch Community Development District (TSR CDD) Board of Supervisors will hold its next regular meeting this Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at the Welcome Center, located at 2500 Heart Pine Avenue, Odessa, Florida 33556.

This is your opportunity to stay informed and have your voice heard on the decisions that shape our community! 🌳

Here’s a look at what’s on the agenda:

🌿 Landscaping updates from Sunscape/Juniper
💧 Aquatics update from Premier Lakes, including consideration of a lake maintenance contract renewal
🏛️ Lifestyle & amenity updates from Arch Amenities Group, including a discussion on facility exceptions and the review process
🔧 Discussion and update on the landscaping maintenance area (Pasco County)
💰 Review of unaudited financial statements as of February 28, 2026
📋 Approval of March 11, 2026 regular meeting minutes

Public comment is welcome! Residents may speak on agenda items at the start of the meeting and on non-agenda items at the end — each speaker is allotted 3 minutes.

The next meeting after this one is scheduled for May 13, 2026 at 5:30 p.m.

Eggstravaganza Egg Hunt at Starkey Ranch!

🐣 It’s officially Eggstravaganza season, Starkey Ranch! 🐣

Our annual Egg Hunt is back and hopping to Whitfield Park on Saturday, April 4th from 9:30am to 12:30pm — and it’s going to be egg-ceptional!

Someone snuck into Whitfield Park and left eggs everywhere… and we need your little ones to help track them down! 🥚🌿

Here’s what’s in store: 🐰 Photos with the Easter Bunny 🎵 Live music 🚚 Food trucks 🥚 The egg hunt you’ve been waiting for!

But here’s the thing — reservations are eggstra important this year! Spots go fast, so grab yours before they’re gone. Choose from these egg hunt start times:

Starkey Ranch Spring Break Camp 2026

Hello Starkey Ranch! We have some very exciting news! We’ve partnered up with Coach H and BCE Parties to bring the ultimate Spring Break Camp right to the neighborhood!

You don’t want to miss this! We’ll have tons of inflatables, gaga ball, dodgeball, giant soccer, poison ball, sumo balls, relay races, obstacle course, 4-way soccer, handball, elephant ball, volleyball, kickball, capture the flag, and so much more! The fun won’t stop, and your kids will want to keep coming back!

This is a 3-day camp, and you can sign up for all 3 days or individual days!
