The Lifestyle Team is excited to invite you to our Annual Noon Year’s Eve Celebration – the perfect way for the whole family to welcome 2026 together!

Join us on Tuesday, December 31st from 11 AM to 1 PM at Cunningham Hall for an unforgettable celebration that won’t keep the kids up past bedtime. We’ll count down to noon with a special champagne toast (juice for the kiddos!), enjoy a delicious catered brunch, create fun crafts, and capture memories in our festive photobooth.

The 2025 Starkey Ranch Community Garage Sale is scheduled for Saturday, October 11, 2025 from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. 

The Starkey Ranch Community Garage Sale spans the entire Starkey Ranch Community and is  the premier garage sale event in the Odessa and Trinity Community. Last year a significant number of homes participated in this event and we had quite the turnout from our residents and neighboring communities looking for a bargain.

The Starkey Ranch Fun Crew is not yet accepting listings quite yet but we will update everyone when they do.

One of our favorite events is coming up! Get ready to decorate your golf cart and come join us for the annual 4th of July Golf Cart parade sponsored by the Starkey Ranch Business Group!

Event Details

When: July 4th, 2025 Where: Cunningham Park Golf Cart Line Up: 8:30 AM Parade Starts: 9:30 AM

This year marks the 4th Annual Starkey Ranch Golf Cart Parade, and we’re expecting it to be bigger and better than ever! Whether you’re a seasoned parade participant or joining us for the first time, this patriotic celebration is the perfect way to kick off your Independence Day festivities.

What to Expect

Bring your creativity and patriotic spirit as we transform Cunningham Park into a sea of red, white, and blue! From flag-draped carts to themed decorations, every golf cart becomes a rolling celebration of American pride. The parade route winds through our beautiful community, giving everyone a chance to show off their festive decorations and wave to neighbors and friends.

Planning Your Participation

Arrive Early: Golf cart line-up begins at 8:30 AM sharp, so make sure to arrive with plenty of time to get positioned. The parade officially starts at 9:30 AM, giving you an hour to connect with fellow participants and put any finishing touches on your decorations.

Decoration Ideas: Let your creativity shine! Consider themes like:

  • Classic red, white, and blue with flags and bunting
  • Patriotic music and speakers
  • Historical themes celebrating American heritage
  • Fun family themes with costumes and props

ON BEHALF OF THE TSR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT OPERATIONS TEAM:

Now that the school year is completed, TSR Community Development District will be conducting sidewalk, service road, and asphalt maintenance projects beginning on Monday, June 2nd.

Important Notes

Projects have been scheduled to minimize interruptions to residents, but some adjustments, including parking and other activities, may be necessary. District Staff apologize in advance for any interruptions and accessibility issues as they are unavoidable due to the nature of the work being performed. We have worked with the District’s vendor to minimize any impacts to trash and recycling services.

Please note that dates and projects may be subject to change, with minimal notice, due to weather and other factors outside both the contractor and the District’s control. Additional work will be scheduled to occur in future weeks. District Staff will provide that schedule to residents when it becomes available.

We appreciate the patience of our valued residents while the District completes these necessary repairs.

Get Ready for Summer Fun at Starkey Ranch!

Hello, Starkey Ranch families!


Summer is right around the corner, and we know how important it is to keep your kids active, engaged, and having a blast during their break. That’s why we’re excited to announce our upcoming Summer Camps hosted by I-9 Sports and BCE Parties (Coach H)!

We’re offering multiple opportunities for your kids to enjoy games, activities, and tons of fun with friends – but don’t wait too long! Spots are limited, and we wouldn’t want anyone to miss out.

Here’s what you need to know:

📅 Camp Dates:

  • June 2–5 (Monday–Thursday)

  • June 16–19 (Monday–Thursday)

  • July 28, 30, and August 1 (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

⏰ Time: 8:30 a.m. – Noon

👧👦 Ages: 6–12 years old

💲 Cost:

  • $100 per week or $30 per day (June camps)

  • $75 for the three-day camp (July/August) or $30 per day
