Spring 2025 Upcoming Projects for the TSR Community Development District (Starkey Ranch CDD)
The Board of Supervisors of The Starkey Ranch CDD shared an update on some of the many Spring projects going throughout the Starkey Ranch Community during March, April and May. Please see the list below.
Landscaping Enhancements to Homestead, Whitfield Park, and Albritton Park, which includes plant replacement and improvement of sightlines around walking paths.
Landscaping modification and sightline improvement of planting beds in medians at Gunn Highway / Long Spur and Gunn Highway / Rangeland Blvd.
Erosion repairs at Mitigation Pond M10C, off Barbour Trail, required due to damage from the overflow of the Anclote River during Hurricane Milton (2024).
Erosion repairs at the Dog park at Cunningham Park, required due to damage from wave action of Cannon Lake during Hurricane Milton (2024).
The annual pine straw refresh throughout the amenities, pocket parks, and common areas.
Pressure washing of the District’s sidewalks, scheduled to begin in late March/early April.
Landscaping enhancement and modification of Stansil Park sections 1 & 2, expected to begin with cutbacks and plant removal in late March and replanting in April.
Street and wayfinding signage repair and replacement – April/Early May.
Walkway and drain repairs, including the asphalt trail in Cunningham Park – April/Early May.
