Starkey Ranch Summer Camp Returns to Albritton Park

Starkey Ranch has partnered once again with BCE Parties and Coach H to bring their popular summer camp program to the community at Albritton Park. The camp offers young participants an exciting opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities and sports in a fun, supervised environment.

Camp Details

Dates: July 28, 30 & August 1 (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) Time: 8:30am – 12pm Ages: 6-12 years old Cost: $75 per week or $30 per day

This three-day camp program provides flexibility for families, allowing them to register for the full week or individual days based on their schedule and needs.

The camp promises to deliver engaging activities that will keep children active and entertained during the summer months. One of our favorite events is coming up! Get ready to decorate your golf cart and come join us for the annual 4th of July Golf Cart parade sponsored by the Starkey Ranch Business Group!

This year marks the 4th Annual Starkey Ranch Golf Cart Parade, and we’re expecting it to be bigger and better than ever! Whether you’re a seasoned parade participant or joining us for the first time, this patriotic celebration is the perfect way to kick off your Independence Day festivities.

What to Expect

Bring your creativity and patriotic spirit as we transform Cunningham Park into a sea of red, white, and blue! From flag-draped carts to themed decorations, every golf cart becomes a rolling celebration of American pride. The parade route winds through our beautiful community, giving everyone a chance to show off their festive decorations and wave to neighbors and friends.

Arrive Early: Golf cart line-up begins at 8:30 AM sharp, so make sure to arrive with plenty of time to get positioned. The parade officially starts at 9:30 AM, giving you an hour to connect with fellow participants and put any finishing touches on your decorations.

Calling all kids ages 5-11 years old! Come hang out with the Lifestyle Team for an unforgettable evening of pizza, games & a movie!

Event Details: When: Friday, June 27th, 2025
Time: 5:30 – 9:30 PM
Where: Cunningham Hall
Cost: $20 per child

What to Expect: Your kids will enjoy a fantastic 4-hour evening filled with delicious pizza, exciting games, and a fun movie selected just for their age group. Our experienced Lifestyle Team will supervise all activities, ensuring a safe and entertaining experience for everyone. This is the perfect opportunity for parents to enjoy a night out while kids make new friends and have a blast in our community!

Registration Information: Kid’s Night Out uses a fair lottery system to ensure everyone has an equal chance to participate. With only 25 spots available, we encourage early registration.

Lottery Timeline:

  • Registration Opens: Friday, June 13th, 2025 at 10:00 AM
  • Registration Closes: Friday, June 20th, 2025 at 5:00 PM
  • Lottery Results: Winners will be notified by email within 24 hours of the lottery closing

Waitlist Available: Don’t worry if you’re not selected in the initial lottery! We maintain a waitlist for those who weren’t chosen, and spots often become available as the event date approaches.

Projects have been scheduled to minimize interruptions to residents, but some adjustments, including parking and other activities, may be necessary. District Staff apologize in advance for any interruptions and accessibility issues as they are unavoidable due to the nature of the work being performed. We have worked with the District’s vendor to minimize any impacts to trash and recycling services.

Please note that dates and projects may be subject to change, with minimal notice, due to weather and other factors outside both the contractor and the District’s control. Additional work will be scheduled to occur in future weeks. District Staff will provide that schedule to residents when it becomes available.

🏓 Get Ready to Rally for a Cause at the Starkey Cares Charity Pickleball Tournament!

Mark your calendars and grab your paddles! The Starkey Cares Charity Pickleball Tournament is happening May 18, 2025 at Tampa Bay Pickleball, located at 180 Racetrack Rd, Oldsmar, FL — and it’s going to be an event to remember.

Whether you’re new to the sport or a seasoned pro, there’s a place for you on the court. Beginners can enjoy an instructional session and round-robin games from 2–3 PM ($40 entry), while intermediate and advanced players will battle it out in the tournament from 3–6 PM ($65 entry). All participants will receive a commemorative t-shirt and enjoy complimentary refreshments throughout the day!
