Now that the school year is completed, TSR Community Development District will be conducting sidewalk, service road, and asphalt maintenance projects beginning on Monday, June 2nd.
Below is a list of the locations and the work to be performed next week.
Projects have been scheduled to minimize interruptions to residents, but some adjustments, including parking and other activities, may be necessary. District Staff apologize in advance for any interruptions and accessibility issues as they are unavoidable due to the nature of the work being performed. We have worked with the District’s vendor to minimize any impacts to trash and recycling services.
Please note that dates and projects may be subject to change, with minimal notice, due to weather and other factors outside both the contractor and the District’s control. Additional work will be scheduled to occur in future weeks. District Staff will provide that schedule to residents when it becomes available.

Pasco County’s Transportation Engineering Department wants to hear from you! We’re hosting a public workshop, Thursday, January 30, 2025, to explore new ways to enhance travel on Rangeland Boulevard and connect communities east and west of the Suncoast Parkway (SR 589). This project will also reduce traffic congestion and enhance safety on State Road 54.
The project will run about 3.4 miles from the intersection of Rangeland Boulevard and Cattle Gap Trail to Bexley Village Drive.

The Board is currently seeking potential candidates interested in fill the unexpired term of TSR CDD Board of Supervisors Seat 1 (Term Expires: November 2026).
Those interested in serving must be able to meet the membership requirements, obligations, and responsibilities of the Board, and comply with the Sunshine Amendment and Code of Ethics for public officers and employees.
